Your virtual server will be added to our custom–developed monitoring software system and every single time there’s a sign of a problem, our skilled tech support engineers will be informed automatically.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a Linux Virtual Private Server isn’t the simplest job in the world. You will either have to use a separate server or your home PC, or, alternatively arrange some 3rd–party solution. Our company offers a much simpler option with our Optional Managed Services package. We will create a full backup of your server every week, so you never need to be worried about losing valuable data. Last but not least we can always retrieve a backup really fast. All the backups are stored on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything goes wrong with your web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Suggested that you’d like your VPS to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you need to install & set up special software on it. And if this sounds like something far too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an essential part of our Optional Managed Services package, is the right solution for you. With it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our proficient server admins who will install and set–up any software application or solve any trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. With the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers, it’s an extra feature.
